Michael Nesselhauf is a founding partner of NESSELHAUF Rechtsanwälte. From mid-1962 to mid-1966 technical assistant at the public law institute at Albert Ludwig University in Freiburg i.Br., assistant to Professor Dr. Horst Ehmke in matters of constitutional law and complaints at SPIEGEL Verlag during the “SPIEGEL affair”. From the end of 1967 to early 1986 at SPIEGEL Verlag, serving as publishing director beginning in 1971. Practicing law since 1971 and since May 2005, additionally, judge on the Hamburg Constitutional Court.
