  Dr. Till Dunckel is a partner of NESSELHAUF Rechtsanwälte. He advises companies and private individuals affected by press coverage, publishers and publishing houses. Furthermore he advises photographers, filmmakers, musicians and other artists, producers, agents and publishing companies as well as sportspersons and clubs in contractual issues and helps them implementing their rights.

 

His previous experience in sports marketing and media projects has given Dr. Till Dunckel insights into many of the practical realities of the industries he advises.   Dr. Till Dunckel is a Board member of the Hanseatic Bar Association Hamburg, a member of the German Association for Intellectual Property and Copyright Law (GRUR - Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht) and lecturer at the Academy for Journalism, Hamburg.
